Collingwood Accommodation

Warehouse conversions and designer homes a short walk from Smith Street, about 3 km from the CBD

Why Stay in Collingwood

Collingwood wears its industrial past proudly. Old factories and warehouses have become homes, studios, galleries and some of Melbourne’s most talked-about restaurants, all about 3 km from the CBD.

Smith Street is the heart of it, with Fitzroy on the other side of the road, so you get two of Melbourne’s best suburbs on your doorstep. Mornings start at a bakery, afternoons are for vintage shopping and street art, and nights end at a wine bar or a live music venue.

Ten of our apartments are in Collingwood, from converted warehouses and a designer penthouse to homes with hot tubs and a rooftop spa. Each one is styled individually and properly cleaned between every stay.
