Every apartment has its own look and feel. We furnish and style each one from scratch, so no two stays are the same. You get a space that actually feels like somewhere worth being, not a copy-paste rental.
Our properties are on or near Smith Street and Brunswick Street in Fitzroy and Collingwood. Cafes, bars, restaurants, and live music are a short walk away. Trams to the CBD are at the door. Supermarkets, gyms, and everything else you need are within a few minutes.
Our cleaning team deep cleans every property after every guest. Fresh linen, restocked supplies, and nothing left behind from the last stay. We check every property before you arrive.
Fast WiFi, Smart TVs, split-system heating and cooling, full kitchens, coffee machines, and self check-in as standard. Most properties also have off-street parking and a desk setup for working from home. We stock the essentials so you can settle in straight away.
We provide one towel per guest, along with bed linens for your stay. Extra linens or towels are not supplied, even for extended stays. Guests are welcome to bring their own if needed. towels, toilet paper and shower soap/shampoo. If at any point in your stay you run out of one of these items, please contact us and we will supply more at our discretion.
No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the rooftop. Pets are also not permitted.
